How Vietnam Changed Our Lives - Reflections on Our Budget Trip
(E) Conclusion : Closing Thoughts on Our Vietnam Adventure (5/5)
Vietnam🇻🇳 is overall, an extremely wonderful country that has so much to offer to anyone who visits it. It is a country that is super rich in culture, history, nature, and adventure. It is also a country that is vegan-friendly, with a lot of delicious dishes to enjoy.
We spent 10 fantastic days exploring Vietnam, from the bustling city of Ho Chi Minh to the peaceful Ninh Binh. Along the way, we saw incredible places like the Cu Chi Tunnels, the Mekong Delta, Ba Na Hills, Halong Bay, and Hanoi's Old Quarter. We also relaxed on beautiful beaches in Nha Trang and Hoi An. We learned a lot about Vietnam's history, culture, and traditions and met friendly people.
But what made our trip truly memorable was the delicious vegan food. 🌱 We tried many dishes, from the famous pho chay (noodle soup) 🍜 and banh mi chay (sandwich) 🥪 to lesser-known treats like bun cha chay (grilled tofu with noodles) 🍲 and banh xeo chay (crispy pancake) 🥞. The flavors of fresh herbs, spices, and sauces were impressive, and Vietnam's food creativity amazed us.
Our time in Vietnam was fulfilling, and it exceeded our expectations. Each day brought new experiences, and every place had something special. We formed strong connections with the people and the places we visited, and we hope to return one day.
